The Leybold WAU 501 + S 65 system consists of the WAU 501 roots vacuum pump and the S 65 backing pump. The WAU 501 is an air-cooled Roots pump with a nominal pumping speed of 505 m³/h and a maximum differential pressure of 80 mbar.
