Delivery and Payment Terms

1. Scope

These delivery and payment terms apply to all enquiries, offers, deliveries, and services of Ehrler & Beck Vakuum- und Drucklufttechnik GmbH, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Our offers are directed exclusively to business customers (B2B); we do not sell to consumers as defined in § 13 BGB.

2. Delivery

We deliver worldwide. Costs are calculated individually according to the customer’s location, product type, and shipping conditions.

Possible shipping methods include:

  • Courier services for small spare parts
  • Freight forwarding for larger or palletised goods
  • Special transport for particularly heavy or sensitive equipment

Shipping costs:
Shipping fees are not flat-rate; they depend on weight, volume, destination country, and any additional services (e.g. tail-lift, timed delivery). They are itemised separately in each quotation.

Partial deliveries:
We reserve the right to make partial deliveries where reasonable and without extra cost to the customer.

Transfer of risk:
Risk passes to the purchaser once the goods are handed over to the carrier, including for partial deliveries.

Incoterms:
Unless otherwise agreed, delivery is made EXW Renningen (Incoterms 2020).

3. Delivery times

Delivery times are stated individually in the quotation and may vary depending on:

  • Stock availability
  • Type and quantity of goods
  • Destination
  • Mode of transport

Non-binding information:
All delivery-time details are non-binding unless expressly confirmed in writing.

Delays caused by third parties:
We accept no liability for delays caused by carriers, customs authorities, or force majeure (e.g. strikes, natural events).

4. Terms of payment

Advance payment:
Delivery is made only after full receipt of payment. Bank details are provided in the quotation or order confirmation.

Payment methods:
By default we accept bank transfers. Other methods (e.g. instalments or alternative terms) require a separate written agreement.

Payment default:
In case of default we may charge statutory interest under § 288 BGB and withhold further deliveries.

5. Retention of title

The goods remain our property until all claims arising from the business relationship have been paid in full.
