2. General information on data processing

We process personal data only to the extent required to provide a functional website and our content and services. Processing takes place with the user’s consent or where it is permitted by law.

3. Access data and log files

When this website is called up, the hosting server automatically records and temporarily stores information in server log files, including:

  • IP address (anonymised)
  • Date and time of request
  • Browser type and version
  • Operating system
  • Referrer URL

Storage secures the website’s functionality and helps investigate misuse or fraud. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) f GDPR.

4. Use of Matomo (no cookies)

We use the open-source analytics software Matomo to evaluate visitor traffic. Processing is based on our legitimate interest in optimising the site (Art. 6 (1) f GDPR).

  • Matomo is installed locally on our servers
  • IP addresses are stored in anonymised form (truncated by at least two bytes)
  • No cookies are set or stored
  • No data is transmitted to third parties
  • No profiling, fingerprinting, or session recording

5. Contact form and quote request

If you contact us via form or request a quote, the details you provide (e.g. name, company, email, message) are used solely to process your enquiry.

  • The data is not stored; it is forwarded by email to our internal team
  • No disclosure to third parties unless legally required
  • Processing is based on Art. 6 (1) b GDPR (pre-contractual measure) or Art. 6 (1) f GDPR (legitimate interest)

6. reCAPTCHA

To protect our forms from spam and abuse we use Google reCAPTCHA. This may transfer personal data (e.g. IP address, mouse movements) to Google.

Note: Your developer can check the reCAPTCHA version in the source code. Look for grecaptcha.execute (v3) or a visible checkbox (v2).

7. Use of external content

Google Fonts: Fonts are hosted locally, so no connection to Google servers is made.

YouTube (planned): When YouTube videos are embedded, this policy will be updated accordingly.

8. Hosting

The website is hosted by Tiaro Digital Agency, Novi Travnik, Bosnia and Herzegovina. Servers are located within the European Union (Frankfurt and Amsterdam).

A data-processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place with the hosting provider.

9. Your rights

You may at any time request:

  • Information about your stored data (Art. 15 GDPR)
  • Rectification of inaccurate data (Art. 16 GDPR)
  • Erasure of your data (Art. 17 GDPR)
  • Restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR)
