DWS C series from Atlas Copco
The DWS C series from Atlas Copco is made up of seven screw vacuum pumps. They cover a pumping speed of 250 to 1,600 m³/h. The lowest ultimate pressure in the series is 0.05 mbar.
Two screw rotors intermesh without contact and transport the gas axially through the pump without oil or water being required in the pumping chamber. The process gas therefore does not come into contact with operating fluids. Dry screw pumps are frequently used in the chemical and pharmaceutical industries, in drying and distillation processes and in heat treatment.
