GHS VSD+ series from Atlas Copco
The GHS VSD+ series from Atlas Copco consists of 14 screw vacuum pumps with speed control. The pumping speed starts at 467 m³/h and extends to 5,136 m³/h. The lowest ultimate pressure of the series is 0.3 mbar.
Unlike dry screw pumps, the GHS models are oil-sealed: the oil seals the rotors, cools and is subsequently separated from the exhaust air. The speed control matches the delivery rate to consumption. The pumps are supplied ready for connection in a closed enclosure, optionally with heat recovery, and are intended for continuous operation in central vacuum supplies.
