Becker groups small oil-lubricated rotary vane vacuum pumps in the O series. The series consists of six models with a pumping speed of 4 to 26 m³/h, all of which reach an ultimate pressure of 2 mbar.
The oil in the pumping chamber seals the vanes, lubricates them and removes heat. As a result, the pumps reach considerably lower pressures than dry-running designs of the same size. A separator retains the oil from the exhaust air. The compact units are used, for example, in packaging machines, in laboratory and medical technology and for evacuating small containers.
