VARIAIR BCP series from Becker
The VARIAIR BCP series from Becker currently consists of one model, the VARIAIR BCP 300 PD claw compressor. Its volume flow is 328 m³/h. The unit thus adds a speed-controlled version to the manufacturer's claw compressors.
The compressor operates dry and without contact according to the claw principle; there is no oil in the compression chamber. At Becker, the name suffix VARIAIR stands for units with a frequency converter, by means of which the speed and thus the delivery volume can be adapted to current demand. This is an advantage where air demand fluctuates during operation, for example in pneumatic conveying.
