nES series from Edwards
Eight oil-lubricated rotary vane vacuum pumps belong to the nES series from Edwards. The series starts at a pumping speed of 38.5 m³/h with the nES40 and ends at 755 m³/h with the nES750. The lowest ultimate pressure is 0.08 mbar; the rated motor power ranges from 1.3 to 18.5 kW.
The pumps are of single-stage design and work with circulating oil lubrication, with an integrated separator retaining the oil from the exhaust air. This design has become established for continuous operation in the rough vacuum range. Common applications are vacuum packaging, thermoforming, drying, degassing and handling technology as well as central vacuum supply systems.
