Stokes Microvac series from Edwards

Edwards offers two rotary piston vacuum pumps in the Stokes Microvac series. The Stokes Microvac 212J has a pumping speed of 234 m³/h, the Stokes Microvac 412J of 442 m³/h. Both models reach an ultimate pressure of 0.033 mbar.
Rotary piston pumps work with an eccentrically driven piston which rotates in an oil-sealed cylinder and in doing so draws in, compresses and expels the gas. The slow-running, solid design is regarded as insensitive to harsh operating conditions. Typical places of use are vacuum furnaces, heat treatment and coating systems and metallurgical processes, frequently as a backing pump behind a Roots pump.
Both sizes are presented below in a table with their key data. More extensive technical information, variants and accessories are provided on ehrler-beck.com. Spare parts, seal kits, oil and filters for the Stokes Microvac series can be requested from us via this shop.
