Three screw vacuum pumps make up the DURADRY series from Leybold. Their pumping speed ranges from 160 to 450 m³/h, and the ultimate pressure is 0.01 mbar for all three models. This places the series in the rough and medium vacuum range.
Screw pumps convey the gas between two counter-rotating, intermeshing screw rotors that touch neither each other nor the housing. The pumping chamber therefore remains free of oil and other operating fluids, which keeps the process gas clean and limits the maintenance effort. Such dry backing pumps are used in industrial processes in which oil backstreaming is undesirable, for example in drying, coating or heat treatment.
At the bottom of this page you can see the three models in a direct comparison of their key data. Further technical details as well as variants and accessories are available on ehrler-beck.com. If you need spare parts, seals or filters for a DURADRY, send us your request through this shop.
