Santovac 5 is a high-quality, linear pentaphenyltrimethyltrisiloxane-based silicone oil specifically developed for use in ultra-high vacuum diffusion pumps. It is characterized by an extremely low vapor pressure (down to 10⁻¹⁰ Torr) and excellent thermal and oxidative stability, making it ideal for highly sensitive and clean applications.
