Oil LEYBONOL LVO 521 is a high-purity, specially formulated silicone oil developed for use in high and ultra-high vacuum applications. It is characterised by exceptionally low vapour pressure and high thermal stability, providing reliable protection even at high temperatures and under extreme vacuum conditions. This oil is frequently used in diffusion pumps that are particularly sensitive to contamination, as it guarantees very low evaporation and thus minimal residue formation. Its chemical inertness contributes to the longevity and optimum performance of vacuum systems.
