Oil LEYBONOL LVO 710 is a perfluorinated high-performance oil developed specifically for use in the most demanding vacuum applications involving extreme chemical and thermal loads. It is completely inert towards aggressive media such as oxygen, halogens or reactive gases and is therefore ideal for use in semiconductor industry processes, plasma technology or chemical processes. Thanks to its extremely low vapour pressure and high temperature resistance, LVO 710 delivers reliable performance in ultra-high vacuum systems. The oil extends the service life of vacuum pumps, reduces maintenance effort and provides effective protection against backstreaming and deposits in the system.
