Vacuum Fluid Premium is a fully synthetic high-performance vacuum pump oil, specifically developed for oil-lubricated screw vacuum pumps from Atlas Copco and other manufacturers with the highest demands on efficiency, service life, and process cleanliness. It is based on an advanced PAO (polyalphaolefin) and POE (polyol ester) formulation, combining excellent thermal stability, low vapor pressure, and outstanding lubricating performance.
This oil is ideally suited for continuous operation under demanding conditions such as high temperatures, variable loads, and sensitive applications. It effectively prevents foaming, minimizes oil carry-over, and reliably protects against wear, corrosion, and deposits such as sludge or varnish films inside the pump.
