HiScroll series from Pfeiffer Vacuum

The HiScroll series, the scroll vacuum pumps from Pfeiffer Vacuum, has four models. They offer a pumping speed of 6.1 to 43 m³/h. The lowest ultimate pressure is 6 × 10⁻³ mbar.

The gas is enclosed between a fixed and an orbiting scroll and compressed towards the centre. As no oil is involved, the vacuum remains free of hydrocarbons, and operation is quiet with low vibration. The pumps are used above all as a backing pump for turbopumps, in mass spectrometry, in research laboratories and in accelerator facilities.

The pumping speed and ultimate pressure of the individual models can be found in the table below. More in-depth information on data, variants and accessories is provided on ehrler-beck.com. Seal kits for the scrolls and other maintenance parts for HiScroll pumps can be requested through this shop.
