Repair and Service Terms

1. Repair acceptance
Repair orders are accepted only by prior arrangement. A binding cost estimate will be provided on request.

2. Inspection fees
An inspection fee may be charged for examining returned devices; the amount is credited if the repair is approved. If the repair is declined, the fee remains payable.

3. Ownership & shipping
Devices remain the property of Ehrler & Beck Vakuum- und Drucklufttechnik GmbH until payment is received in full. Return shipment is at the customer’s risk.

4. Warranty
Repairs are warranted for 6 months, limited to the components replaced. Wear parts and consequential damages are excluded.

5. Old devices / disposal
Uncollected or irreparable devices may be disposed of after three months unless otherwise agreed.
