DBS series from Atlas Copco

With 29 models, the DBS series is the largest group among the side channel blowers from Atlas Copco. The pumping speed is graduated from 74 to 1,370 m³/h. All units are of single-stage design with one impeller.

Single-stage side channel blowers are designed for high air volumes at a comparatively low pressure difference. As no friction occurs between solid parts in the compression chamber, they operate oil-free, quietly and over long periods without significant maintenance. Common applications are extraction, the drying of surfaces, pick-and-place tasks and pneumatic material transport.
