Leybold SOGEVAC SV 200 Rotary Vane Vacuum Pump

The Leybold SOGEVAC SV 200 is a single-stage, oil-lubricated rotary vane vacuum pump designed for continuous industrial operation in the rough vacuum range. It evacuates air or dry, inert gases from atmospheric pressure down into the low-mbar range and uses a direct motor-flange drive system. Inside the compression chamber, the rotor and vanes run eccentrically, with injected oil providing sealing, lubrication, and cooling at the same time.
The pump’s design includes a built-in check valve, an optional gas ballast valve for handling vapor–gas mixtures, integrated oil/air cooling, and an efficient oil mist separator that keeps oil carryover in the exhaust below 0.1%. With an operating range from roughly 1000–2000 mbar down to its ultimate pressure, the SV 200 consistently delivers high pumping performance. Thanks to its compact, solid construction and low-wear mechanics, it offers long service life and excellent ease of maintenance.
