Oil LEYBONOL LVO 702 is a highly specialised, perfluorinated vacuum pump oil developed for applications with extreme chemical and thermal requirements. It is completely inert, which means it does not react even in the presence of aggressive process gases such as oxygen, halogens or acid vapours. This makes LVO 702 ideal for processes in semiconductor manufacturing, the chemical industry or plasma technology. The oil features exceptionally high thermal stability, a very low vapour pressure and excellent lubricating and sealing properties. It significantly extends the service life of pump components, minimises maintenance intervals and ensures reliable operation under the most demanding conditions.
