Vanes are wearing parts and gradually lose height in operation. Replace the set as soon as the vane height falls below the minimum height of 28 mm. A deteriorating ultimate pressure, a falling flow rate or unusual running noise also point to worn vanes. You will find the inspection and replacement intervals in the operating manual of your pump.
